At LoopCart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within reasonable and transparent terms.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is mandatory

  • Recording an uncut video of the package opening is mandatory to be eligible for any refund or replacement.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care, beauty, grooming & hygiene products

  • Innerwear, intimate products, or items marked as non-returnable

  • Products bought during clearance sales or special discounts

  • Gift cards or digital products

These restrictions are standard for hygiene and pricing reasons.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, at no extra cost.


Return Process

  1. Email us at [support@loopcart.in] with your order details

  2. Our support team will review and confirm return eligibility

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, the refund or replacement will be processed

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or error from our side.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Please note: Banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • LoopCart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues (full refund guaranteed)


Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
