At LoopCart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotional periods.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes and products.

  • LoopCart reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, order values, or customers based on past order history.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • You can also track your order using the “Track Order” option on our website.


Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.
LoopCart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to the origin. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping costs may apply, or

  • The order may be cancelled as per our policy


Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, LoopCart is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistical challenges
